UCR (Unified Carrier Registration) Applicants


According to Federal statute (SAFETEA-LU), which established the UCR program, all interstate motor carriers must pay the 2008 UCR fees in order to avoid possible enforcement action.
You must register for the calendar year 2008 by May 15, 2008, in order to be in compliance.
If you conducted interstate motor carrier operations in 2007, you must pay both fees. The application form for 2007 and 2008 can be obtained at www.ucr.in,gov.
In additional you should receive all required documents for the year of 2008.

  1. You can fax both forms to 517-241-6032, along with your credit card information

  2. Visit the website and register for 2007 and 2008 online.

  3. Mail in your registration, to the address bellow:
    Michigan Public Service Commission,
    Motor Carrier, P.O. Box 30221,
    Lansing, MI, 48909
    USA
