We offer a new service: application for approval of a Waste Management System and CVOR registration, required by the Ministry of the Environment. Section 27 of the Environmental Protection Act requires that an approval must be obtained prior to using, operating, establishing, altering, enlarging or extending a waste management system or a waste disposal site.

Operations that require a Certificate of Approval for a Waste Management System include, but are not limited to:

• waste haulers
• haulers and spreaders of biosolids and septage
• mobile PCB destruction and
• mobile site decontamination systems

This applies to all construction sites, waste collectors, waste transfer depots, and haulers.
